Nevada Theme Editing Footer

I cannot find where to edit (update) my footer in the most recent version of WP in my Nevada theme. I have looked in every setting there is as well as looking at PHP files – and I checked the Nevada site’s tutorials.

There’s a poor quality video setting one up but it’s so small I can’t follow it.
