Network Theme Update Problem

I seem not to be able to upload and upgrade my theme (bridge by Qode Interactive) following the instructions here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
I don’t find the: Select “Yes” from the “Upgrade existing theme?” option.
and I get this result:

Destination folder already exists. /Users/carlolavatori/Dropbox/SITES DROPBOX/WORDPRESS MULTISITE/wp-content/themes/bridge/

Theme install failed.

Any help?
