Nesteted filters problem

Hi

I’ve been using Ajax Filters for few weeks and I can’t make it work in one specific case.
Right now I’ve got two Categories, for which there are multiple attributes specified. When I click on one of those categories, then I get all those products with attributes that I can check on and until this moment everything works fine. However, when there is a situation when I uncheck Category box and leave nested attribute box still checked I still have filtered list, but filters view looks like nothing is checked and nothing is filtered.
I would like it to work this way that when I uncheck category all subcategories and subattributes should be unchecked and shop page filters should be cleared.
Is there any way to acomplish that?
