Nested Pages not showing Groups in Bulk Edit

    Hi! I love Nested Pages – really slick, thank you for this plugin!

    But, I’ve found an issue with Bulk Edit that I hope is something that can be addressed. We also use the Groups plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/groups/) for better access management and we’ve been struggling with the inability to apply a Group across multiple selected pages via Bulk actions.

    It turns out that Nested Page seems to be suppressing the Groups option in it’s Bulk Actions – it shows up fine when we deactivate Nested Pages.

    Is there something I am missing in Nested Pages to enable Groups from showing up in the Bulk actions dialog? Or is this something that can be added?
