• Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with polylang on a website. This site has a lot of nested pages (pages with a parent set). When translating such a page into the secundary or tertiary language (using the + icon of Polylang) it will make a new page in the desired language, but it’s not set as a nested page (so it has no parent page).
When the editor forgets to set a parent page before first saving the translated page, the page of the primary language also loses it’s parent page (and in the frontend it misses a specific sidebar, because of the missing parent-page).

Is there a way to maintain the parent page of the original page when making a translation of a nested-page?

The site is using a static frontpage, latetst version of WP and Polylang.

    Kind regards,
    Job
