Nested menu and menu orientation

Hi,

I am having trouble trying to set up my main menu as a ‘three tiered nested menu’ e.g. Recipe > Cultural Inspired > beef.

At the moment I am using a Page ‘Recipe’ (which does not have a link i.e. # in URL field) > Category ‘Cultural Inspired’ and > category ‘Beef’ as the sections of the menu.

I have managed to get it to show Page ‘Recipe’ and Category ‘cultural inspired’ but I cannot figure out how to get it to show the third tier category ‘Beef’. My webpage is not live yet, however an example of the menu I was aiming for can be found at http://www.worldofwanderlust.com/ the destinations menu is a good example.

I would also like to set the orientation the same the webpage link provided above.

Can someone please help me with this or is it not possible under this theme/ do I need a plug in?
