Neoclassical theme – image wrapping and bullets

I just switched from MistyLook to the Neoclassical theme and I’m having two formatting problems I’m hoping someone can help out with.

1) The text wrapping on images is no longer working. Here is a sample post with an image that was wrapped under MistyLook and is no longer under Neoclassical: http://www.phdinparenting.com/2009/01/03/whininganddining/ . I know it is possible to do it somehow, because I looked at this blog using the same theme that has lots of wrapped images: http://www.openeducation.net/

2) A lot of my pages and posts have bullets, but the bullets do not show up in Neoclassical, which makes the posts look messy. As an example, my “About the Author” page: http://www.phdinparenting.com/about-2/

Please note that I’m very new to playing around in the templates myself, so please baby me with your response.
