Please, try installing version 1.3.2 and see if it fixes the issue. Right after it’s installed, go to Media » NelioEFI and click on “Regenerate EFI Attachments”. This will create virtual attachments for all the posts that use an external featured images, which is necessary for making them visible in your frontend.

Needless to say, you should backup your database and your wp-content/uploads folder before trying out new plugins.
