Needed for Installation: configure your permalinks

Works like charm, BUT you should update the installation instructions to also configure your permalink settings (ref http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmRLVwMR9bw) from the standard settings* to get a .htaccess root file created, and make WP fast cache work. I did this after installing WP fast cache and then it started working. Thanks!

*) in the permalink page, I just clicked “..defined structure” and used /%category%/%postname%/ as shown in the video.
