Need to disable plugin without loosing schema FAQ data

    because of some problems I have to disable the plugin, but when I deactivate it, all my FAQ get lost. I have questions and answers on hundreds of posts, can I somehow convert these into normal text blocks. It’s not good that these get lost completely when deactivating the plugin
