need to add a db search plugin

    I need a plugin which want to show name ->(male,female) and Country(India,Pakistan) from my db ..which plugin is good for that…i am new to wp try to help me…
    the male and female is a list-box and same for country.
    on the submit buton the new page want to show Female and India
