Need the Code Back for WP Theme Credit

    Is there anyway I can get the origial WordPress SG Theme credit added back to my SG Window theme? I’m afraid to touch the code again! I can’t customize the theme footer in the Customizer because it will not save my settings when I enter any text in it. Thank you. I have no credit in my footer. It loos unprofessional and I can do nothing about it.
