Do not link to sites such as those, that distribute non-GPL Themes, with spammy ads/links, encrypted code, and the like.
Here’s why you should only download Themes from trusted sources, such as the official Theme directory.

I am new to wordpress and php.
I know this is not related with query subject but can you tell me how to identify GPL themes or non-GPL themes because most of the sites which distribute (free) themes are in Latin language. so can you tell me how to identify these GPL and Non-GPL Themes.
