Thank you for your quick response. Yes I have set user image now. And displays Recongnizing…. since more than 10 minute.

I went through all the plugin code and I was able to replicate the error you got.
The fix was adding face data image to user profile in edit user. Something like: https://www.screencast.com/t/t15Af3jqPQG
I have done a fresh install and the first time I run the plugin I got that error. When I edited a user and added a image in user profile, the login worked.
After the image was uploaded to server(on user profile -> Face Recognition) you will need to get these 2 messages: https://www.screencast.com/t/DIhC29PuH
In next updates I will fix the message to be more accurate and make some User interaction changes.
