Need plugin help: user submitted posts to unique page?

I’m working on a site, and using blog within a blog to feed specific posts to specific pages…working good, but I may need to go one step further in the future.

What I would like is, to manually add a new user (I know the users that will approach me), and have them be able to post to their own page (page template is default blog/page template) and have only their posts be visible on their page.

I messed around with the current blog with a blog plugin I currently use, but it’s going to become cumbersome rather quickly, as I could possibly add up to 100 users that will be posting to their specific pages.

So, any ideas or direction?
