Need plugin for Q&A website

    Hi,

    I am new to WP. I need to make sort of Q&A website. My first task is to provide user registration control form on my web site. What i want is standard functionality – user needs to register, provide username, password, probably bot-protection picture. Then user can post question under his account. Are there existing plugins?
