Need More Space Underneath TOC

    The TOC sits too close to my H2 heading and looks crowded. I’m using the Gutenberg editor. If I put a spacer, it places the TOC between the spacer and the heading.

    How can I add space between the TOC and my heading?

    I provided a page, but of course, I want to handle this issue site-wide.
