    when I install WordPress into my PC(include FTP account), this WordPress site can load normally, but i want to install FTP account in another PC it appears an error. i don’t know why because I had done this before and this site can be edited by another person.

    Well this doesn’t sound like a wordpress issue, rather a software issue with your FTP client.

    There are hundreds of FTP software out there. Try Filezilla or SMARTFTP Use google.
