Need logging capability

    Plugin works fine, has for over a year, but all of a sudden one form, that we have not modified in 6 months, does not deliver to the recipients. A logging function that shows the SMTP transaction would help to clear this up, but I don’t see any signs of one in the documentation. Some direction on how I can log my SMTP transaction with this plugin would be greatly appreciated.
