Need HTML in Event Description in Stream view

I have a stream.twig file in my custom theme. How might I allow HTML tags to be rendered within event.post_excerpt? The excerpt contains a link that I wish to have displayed on the main calendar in stream view rather than requiring a clickthrough to the Single Event page (where the link works fine.) Right now it just shows plain text. I
If that’s not possible, I thought about using the Website URL under Organizer Contact Info, but I don’t know the variable name in order to add it to the stream.twig file. Is there a published list that shows all the available variables?
