need help with wp-keitaimail plugin

anybody familiar with this plugin?

I set up a mail forwarding account just like it said to but I am receiving errors now when trying to send to the account I set up. Port 25 error

this is where it says to have mail forwarded to |php /home/yourlogin/wp-keitaimail/wp-keitaimail.php

Do I have to include this part |php ?

maybe this is what is causing the error?

also when I try to run the following script; /tipstosavemoney.net/saving-money/wp-keitaimail-conf.php it says page cannot be found.
