Need help with very specific shipping zone

Right out of the box, the smallest vicinity WooCommerce core could restrict to is at the zip/postal code level. Limiting free shipping to a street address or conditional area would require further customizations.

I tried looking for a plugin on the market that could do this, but I wasn’t able to locate one. It looks like this has been done by other users, but they used a PHP snippet: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/free-shipping-for-specific-street-address/
