Need help with responsive menu CSS | WordPress.org

I cannot seem to find the section of code within my css to adjust to remove the navigation bar under the masthead when the menu button pops up (when the screen is shrunk). I’m trying to eliminate the blue bar. Any suggestions would be super helpful. I looked at this too long today. Thanks!

– Your currently used theme is not in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory:
https://wordpress.org/themes/search/duqtimes/
– If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
– For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
– As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

The theme that I used was popper. I took a course that showed me how to customize this to fit my site… unfortunately, that course was retired, so here I am asking for help.
