i have been contacted popup builder directly via email and Live chat support
But there is no update of our issue or when we can get what we purchase
Even the live support starting to ignore my chat
If you guys facing mailing issue causing we cant get our account information sent to our email after purchasing
then you can sent it manually to our email to solve our issue first so we can start using what we purchase
If not then please refund our payment
I have tried to be very patient and waiting this issue to resolve
