    Hello i need help with reseting my popupbuilder account , i just purchased business plan and i dont get the password and reseting password isnt working. My account email is bitvinz1@gmail.com

    i tried to reset the password from the web but i didny receive any reset password mail in my inbox

    its been a week since weekend and its been few days since monday

    Hi! I also have the same problem, I bought it 15 days ago and I have not been able to install it because I do not have the password, and when I try to recover it I do not receive any email, what should be done there, because my marketing strategies couldn’t implement them

    i have been contacted popup builder directly via email and Live chat support

    But there is no update of our issue or when we can get what we purchase

    Even the live support starting to ignore my chat

    If you guys facing mailing issue causing we cant get our account information sent to our email after purchasing

    then you can sent it manually to our email to solve our issue first so we can start using what we purchase

    If not then please refund our payment

    I have tried to be very patient and waiting this issue to resolve
