Need help – website font is huge!

    Hi,

    I am very new to wordpress (and coding in general) and this morning I woke up to find that the font on my website/blog is huge! Yesterday I changed one line of code (shown below) in the style.css file but it only changed the font size on the mobile devices, not on the computer. Now when I try to change it back, it still only changes the font size on the mobile devices. Is there anyone who would be able to help me correct this issue? My goal is to have a readable font size on mobile devices as well as computer while preserving the overall formatting of the site (I do not want it to be completely mobile responsive where I lose the sidebar on mobile devices). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Original coding:
    html {
    font-size: 62.5%; /* 10px browser default */
    }

    Changed coding:
    html {
    font-size: 93.75%; /* 15px browser default */
    }
