Need help getting it to work

I have new to wordpress and shortcodes but there isn’t much help on the website for installing the shortcodes.

I made a page – placed [eazyest_direction_aware]and inserted an image and then closed with [/eazyest_direction_aware]

I have also tried not added [/eazyest_direction_aware] and it doesn’t work.

I have another page where all I used was [eazyest_direction_aware] and I got my images there which looks like its using the css but not hover
