Need help choosing a theme for Education

Hi all, I need help please choosing the right theme for a website.
i prefer a premium theme.
the site will include two types of courses.

1- downloadable courses (Videos) with samples like on Udemy.

2- courses that require attending to a physical location.
for this type there might be few locations that will run same course on different start dates.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
