Need Help! Blog Post Not Showing Up

My blog post is no longer showing up on my site. It’s my first post and it was showing up and looked great. But I was having problems with another issue regarding the theme appearance so tried a few other themes to see what the post would look like in another theme. The post showed up in those themes too.

But I decided to return to my original theme (Contango theme), and my post no longer showed up.

The post has not been deleted because it’s still in the post area.

Things I’ve tried to fix it:
-deactivating my plugins but that doesn’t help.
-deleted the youtube video I had in my post to see if that would help. It didn’t help. Still doesn’t show up.
-activating other themes, but the post no longer shows up in other themes.
-go into the post and clicked on edit, and update just to see what would happen. Didn’t help.

Another important thing: When I go to the post area and click on my post, then click “View Post” my website comes up, with the post, but the website looks different than it should be. But still, even with that when I go to the site itself, the post does not show up. (I’ve looked in Firefox and Internet Explorer and it is the same.)

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks!
