Simply removing the lower image and link will probably require replacement/modification of the green “bar”, and possibly some css tweaks to adjust. You are also using version 2.8.4 of WordPress.
As long as you need both a theme design change and a WordPress update, it might be worth seeing if there is a good working relationship between your company and the firm that designed your theme.
That being said, if you still want to tackle editing the images yourself, you can find them located here:

The rest should also be located in the images directory of the eventpro theme folder.
