Need Help About Columns issue

    İ ve been trying to fix my homepage for almost 6 months but i couldn’t figure it out. My website is http://gezicenga.com/ and ,i use Avada Theme.
    İf you just check my homepage now there is 2 columns with 4 posts. But when i use 3 columns with 6 posts or 3 post google pagespeed insights says you have to resize your images. The thing is my all pictures are 800*500 px and about 80-100KB.
    i tried wp latest post plugin also but it didnt work out too. so could you please tell me how can i use 3 columns (3 latest post with thumbnails) with avada theme without having any google pagespeed problem ?
