Need Editor Plugin

    I am in need of an (WYSIWG)editor plugin.I installed many Tiny Mce editor plugins but no one worked. As Its very much irritated to write a post with using html codes,can someone please suggest me some plugin by which I can easily write,The way we use to write in MS-Word.
