Need an ecommerce plugin

Hi guys! I am in need of a simple ecommerce plugin for a client site. The idea is to have a form where the customer puts in their name/bio/whatever other info they like, a profile picture, pick a color scheme, and then proceed to a payment page where this information is sent to the client w/ payment and they create customized graphics as the product.

Anyone know any plugins off the top of your head that will do this? Form + upload picture + payment = sent customized product. No shipping or anything, and there is leadtime with this as they are custom made.
