Need a plugin built

    I need a plugin built and I need to know if:

    A. It can be done
    B. If someone can do it
    C. What it will cost

    Here is what I need:

    I need an audio recorder plugin that I can embed in my WordPress site that A client can click on, record a short statement (maybe 2 or 3 sentences) and when they are finished recording, can play it back to verify the quality and click a send button which will email the file directly to me. Sounds like a lot but I have yet to find anything out there that I can embed on my site that doesn’t require a separate website, 3rd party account or 3rd party software. I don’t want my clients to have to navigate to another website so it must be able to embed (with short-code) or HTML.

    Anyone experienced with this?
