Need a good Directory plugin

Hello,

I’m looking at adding a new section to my website. I’d like to offer a directory of stores. I’d like people to be able to search for stores in their local area, rate them, etc. Also would like people to be able to easily add new stores to the directory.

I’ve found several plugins, but not really sure which is good. I’d like to hear what you guys think.
