• Overall, this is a neat cart feature, but it has several errors here and there. Some are the default text, that is sent to customers. It sometimes sends internal payment data. It sometimes sends from another email address (system), when email is about account. Payment info/instructions is not sent in order confirmation. It always sends wrong words, such as “we”, when its a single human personal service. It mentions features and links to features that are non-existant and invalid. These issues can not be corrected, beacuse a license is required. However, a license is crazy expensive in Europe. This is fine for rich people, but licenses should rather be for bonus features – instead of getting past text corrections and functionality obstruction.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we’d genuinely like to look into each point, but we need a bit more detail to reproduce them. Could you please share:

    • Which specific email(s) contained internal payment data, and what data appeared (a screenshot with sensitive parts redacted would be ideal)
    • The exact email that arrived from the wrongsender address, and which links in our emails
pointed to non-existent features One quick note: the sender name/address, subject lines, and enabling or disabling individual emails are all adjustable in the free version under FluentCart’s email settings
    • customizing the email body text itself (including the “we” wording) does require a Pro license, and we hear your point on that. Account-related emails (like password resets) are sent by WordPress itself, which is why they can come from a different address, and that’s adjustable too.

If you can send these details to our support, we’ll investigate each item and follow up with concrete answers.
