How come I see WordPress sites, like yours, that don’t have a WordPress credit on them? Is that allowed?

It is not required to put WP credit or link back to WordPress page. But surely it is a nice thing to do but not for a page like that. We will have a link for wordpress from our media company page.
You can see it only if you check the page source:

Very fine webdesign, looks realy mega professional! Only thing is the drop-down menue text isnt easily readable, may be it should be darker.

That’s a very good point, thank you for mentioning it.
I need to decrease the opacity of the background. Also it changes a lot to browsers and if it is Mac or Windows.
