    Hello!
    As I see you are using “on exit” option – on desktop it detect mouse position, on mobile – there are no mouse position, so it will ask user about exit from site – 2 times: first time – default browser message, second – our PopUp. Unfortunately this is only way it can work for the current stage of evolution of web technologies.

    If it is very annoying you – you can hide popup for mobile devices.
