Navigation menu Issues/New Theme

    Hi there,

    I am running a new theme called “flare-responsive-business-portfolio”

    and am having major issues with the primary navigation function. If I create navigation tabs such as Home, About, Images etc, when I hit save and then go to my site, the nav menu is not there. Its as if the save is not working at all. I have tried many times to no avail. If you would be so kind as to look at my site and tell me what might be going on? I am not sure if this is a WP issue or theme issue??? I have FTP installed and uninstalled the theme, and reinstalled the latest version of WP, still can’t get this functionality to work.
