Navigation Menu Buttons

Hi,
I’m a newcomer to this plugin and whereas I like the general display, I would ideally like to be able to navigate from image to image using navigation buttons or arrows as shown here: http://foogallery.fooshowcase.com

I looked around and the only way that I could find of adding navigation buttons or arrows to images is by installing FooBox and making the following customization: http://docs.fooplugins.com/foobox/foobox-images/click-image-navigation/

Am I missing something or is this the the only way of being able to navigate between images?

Hi

I am not sure I understand 100%. You want nav arrows to show when the lightbox is shown? If so, that is the default behaviour.

If you are using FooGallery and have created a gallery and then added the shortcode to a page, then when you click a thumb, the lightbox will show. And it should have navigation arrows by default.

Hi bradvin,

Thanks for coming back to me.

Unfortunately, none of the images appear this way. When I click a thumbnail, all that happens is that the original image is displayed without any navigation arrows.
I did import all of the galleries from an existing NextGen photogalleries, would that make any difference?

An earlaier gallery created a few months ago works perfectly. I’m using the same settings as before but thumbnails link to new pages with fullsize images, not a lightbox with next-previous arrows.

Can you straighten me out?
