Navigation Issue

Hello everyone! I’m still fairly green when it comes to wordpress.org, and I just switched over from wordpress.com, but i seem to be having issues with the navigation. For some weird reason, my navigation bar isn’t showing up at all. I set the primary menu and everything,but for some reason it isnt showing up at all. I’m using the Hemmingway theme. and I’ll paste the navigation php code below, as I have a feelng it may just be a coding error I overlooked.
