Navigation for Pages

I can’t seem to figure out how to have navigation for my Pages that I created show up on my site. For example, I just want my home page to show my posts, and then in one of the side columns have a list of the Pages I created (About, Resources, etc). But on my side columns I just have Categories, Archives, Blogroll, a list of my posts, and a search box.

So, how do I get the Pages to show?

Does it have something to do with the theme I selected?
