Navigation for Pages

I’ve been looking through the forum and googling for plugins. It seems most things are talking about Navigation for posts. What I would like to do is make navigating a page easier.

I have a long page I broke up in 147 pages using the command <!–nextpage–>

So, navigation comes up 1 2 3 … 147

What plugin do I use to make that navigation go Previous Page and Next Page instead of having a list of numbers at the bottom of each page?

If it’s something simple that I’ve already looked at, I’m going to smack myself on the back of the head.
