Navigation arrows disappeared

Good evening. I uploaded your plugin on the https://www.srireset.it site and inserted a slider into the hoomepage. Everything worked regularly when, suddenly, both the navigation arrows and the dots below indicating the position of the image disappeared, despite the fact that the Navigation Arrow and Show Pagination items are regularly checked in the slider setting. Any suggestions, please? Thanks.
