navigation adjustments

it’s me again…

I’m now working on the navigation of this theme: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/nature

I want “Pages” to be turned into “Services” and I am trying to figure out how to put all of the sub categories of services under services. Basically I want to eliminate that third section of categories that is in greyish purple and but the information that is there in the green and white menu.
