    @gracealambert

    I am having a problem with my main navigation parent and child pages. For some reason the spacing is so big that you cannot click on child links.

    izziebella.com

    Client Galleries and Digital Scrapbooking both have child pages that cannot be navigated to because of the spacing issue. If you are super quick you can click on them, but it’s not very user friendly..

    Thanks in advance

    Hi gracealambert!

    Taking a quick look I can see what you mean. Part of that is because the sub-menu styling is creating that. In particular:

    .main-navigation ul ul {
      background: #fff;
      top: 4.2em;
    }

    Using a custom CSS plugin or even a child theme you can use the following to fix that.

    .main-navigation ul ul {
      top: 2.5em;
    }

    Let us know if that helps!

    Thank you. I don’t know how I didn’t see that…

    Maybe you can help me with one more issue. I am trying to make the featured image appear bigger on my home page and I can’t. I was able to change the size of the surrounding box but cannot make the image bigger. I am thinking it must be coded in the HTML, but I do not know where.

    Thanks again
