I have found the following code inserted into my nav-menu.php file after my client site has had it’s nav bar repeatedly disappear without reason.
Can Anyone “read” this code? What does it do? Any ideas how to write protect the site to prevent such a hijacking if this is a site hijacking?
Please advise.

Any advise would be appreciated.
