Narrow columns in Posts dashboard

The title column in my Posts dashboard has suddenly become very narrow. It it exactly like this post. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/narrow-columns-displaying-in-d-board-posts/
The plugin mentioned is no longer in use though…
Please help.

Click on screen options on the upper right. Uncheck some of the column headers until you get a view that has appropriately sized columns.
