Name, email and subject fields.

    Hello,

    first of all thanks for your great plugin.

    I have a little problem with the width of name, email and subject fields (the default form fields).

    When in mobile mode (portrait), these field seem not to resize accordingly (even if I place the code in a div with a given width): the result is that the rest of the page shrinks, leaving a white, empty space on the right, filled just by the three fields. (please go to http://www.webfoodculture.com/info/ using a mobile in portrait mode to really understand this).

    Is it possible to let them resize accordingly to the rest of the page, or at least set a fixed (small) width for them?
