Name Code in Message Body

Hi, I would like to receive the name of the person completing my forms to my email address.

Which code do I need to use for this?

Also, information of the people who complete my form, go directly to my junk mail. They only stay there a few seconds, and then vansih. This doesn’t happen with other mails we have come in from other forms. How can I fix this?
