    Sorry about the issue you faced, we have given the option in the review box to close it completelly

    but will check why it did not work for you

    We checked and found “No thanks” button was working fine to close the review message permanently, but the X icon button was a temporary close now we have released a new version of the plugin in that X will also close the review message permanently.
